This modern design two storey house is in the exclusive area Nova Sancti Petri, next to a golf course Nova Sancti Petri, is of a very high standard standing just off the Barrosa Beach. Only about 2kms from the center of Chiclana. The beautiful Barosa Beach is a wide sandy beach washed by the Atlantic this must be one of the best in the world. However there is always plenty of space even on holiday weekends.

This area is perhaps the favorite resort of the Spanish. No high rise. Developments have been vigorously controlled and is very tasteful. The restaurants are of quality most serving authentic Spanish food at very reasonable prices.

With all the other requirements for a successful holiday like, Golf, Horse riding, Water Sports and more this is the perfect place for a holiday of a lifetime.

There is a variety of shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance and a choice of two big Supermarket within a 5 min car ride.

Accommodation

Brisamar can sleep 6 with ease. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms,one upstairs one down two of the bedrooms have air con the other a fan. all include large built in wardrobes.

Downstairs there is a small bathroom off the entrance hall and a large air-conditioned lounge diner with two sofas, open fire and freeview TV and DVD. The kitchen stylish with all mod cons including washing machine, dish washer and lots of cupboard space.

French doors lead off the kitchen to an outside shaded terrace with table and chairs for eating outside. Plus BBQ

Outside is a large communal well maintained garden with a large communal pool.
