This is a luxury Villa built to a high standard with the advantage of a fine swimming pool and air conditioning.

This area, Marquesado, exudes a sense of being in touch with real Spain being the market garden for the near by town of Chiclana There is none of the vulgarity associated with some Mediterranean resorts. The villa stands in large mature gardens with many fruit trees. To taste fresh fruit ripe and straight from the tree is an experience worth coming to Spain on its own.

• Kitchen spacious,
• Electric hob no oven at mo but would put one in if wanted.
• Microwave.
• Gas bottles stored outside .
• Shed contains washing machine, and a water purifier for well.
• Also has an outside wc and sink.
• Pool empty will be filled on occupation
• The road has several houses which has telephone and rural adsl from telefonica already.
