BOOKING CONDITIONS Please read thoroughly the terms and conditions of the booking.

Booking

The person who completes the booking form is deemed as the person responsible for the booking and all the members of the party. The party leader must be travelling with the party. The party leader is also responsible for all amendments made e.g. change of party size, dates, times, etc. All changes must be confirmed in writing. All accommodation is booked solely for persons named on the booking form and We reserve the right to refuse entrance to those who are not listed. We also reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any booking at any time at our discretion without having to give a reason. The party size must not exceed the property's maximum capacity. Once a booking form has been completed the full deposit amount should be sent. Once the booking form has been submitted the booking is confirmed and the party leader is responsible for monies owed.

Security

£150.00 security deposit is due on check in. The security deposit is held against any damage; breakages or telephone charges during the rental period. If any money is to be deducted from your security deposit we will notify you within 28 days. The remaining amount (if any) or full balance (if no damage or charges are due) will be returned. If damage, breakages or call charges exceed the £150.00 deposit you will also be responsible for the outstanding balance, due in full with in 28 days of your departure, once again you will be notified in writing.

Cancellations / Alterations By We

It may become necessary that We need to change the accommodation booked and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If the need arises, we would endeavour to find an equivalent accommodation in a similar location. Should circumstances beyond our control require us to cancel a booking the client will receive a full refund of all monies paid to date and no liability can be accepted.

Delays

Costa la de Luz Homes cannot accept any liability for the client missing flights.

Cancellations

In the event of you having to cancel one or more of accommodations booked the following charges apply:

Liability

We cannot accept any liability for the acts of omission of our principals over whom we have no control (such as management companies, property owners, airlines, car/van hire companies etc) for whom we act as agents. Costa la de Luz Homes endeavours to ensure suitability of the companies in association with car / van hire, accommodation, insurance etc. Notwithstanding this the clients shall take such steps as they deem necessary to satisfy themselves as to the suitability of the companies and is the clients full responsibility. We accept no responsibility for the loss of services, such as electricity or water supplies, nor the consequences of the actions or omissions of persons who may control the supply of main services.

Insurance

Guests are requested to have appropriate insurance in force for the period of their trip. Loss or injury should be notified to your appropriate insurance company immediately, We accept no liability for either. Contact us for our competitive package of insurances.

Confirmed Dates

In the event of death or illness whilst on holiday We regretfully cannot accept any liability and you are requested to vacate the accommodation on your confirmed departure date. If you need to stay in the country for an extended period We will do everything they can to assist you in finding alternative accommodation. The holiday dates are confirmed at the time of booking and not transferable.

Force Majeure

We accept no responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect of loss / damage / cancellation or changes caused by force majuere events (e.g. strikes, flood, fire, airport closures etc.) or any other event beyond our control.

Information Provided Concerning The Accommodation Or Any Other Aspect

Although every effort is made to provide you with accurate information concerning the accommodation, area, services and contents sometimes owners change particular details without informing We. All information given and descriptions given are only a guide and may vary. In the event that mistakes occur we accept no liability.

Distance

All distances quoted are only approximate (i.e. airport to villa, accommodation to coastal resort) and We accept no liability if they are not accurate.

Complaints

Should you experience any problems please contact your local representative within 24 hours, who will endeavour to assist and rectify the matter as soon as practically possible. Failure to contact immediately may affect your customer rights. All complaints must also be backed in writing within 7 days. We accept no liability for complaints notified after this period. Upon written confirmation of your complaint a full investigation will occur with all the relevant parties and you will be notified in due course.

Swimming Pool

Whether the accommodation has a private or communal pool, We accept no liability for any accidents that may occur.

Changes To Terms And Conditions Of Booking

If for any reason the terms and conditions of booking change between the party leader signing and your departure date a copy of the amended terms will be sent to you, upon signing the terms enclosed you automatically agree to any changes.

Construction

As all our homes are in residential areas, from time to time there may be construction occurring, we will endeavour to inform you where possible although We cannot accept liability for unforeseen works.
