This modern design two storey villa, in the exclusive area of Los Gallos, is of the very highest standard. Only about 4kms from the center of Chiclana. The beautiful Barosa Beach is a two minute drive away. With a wide sandy beach washed by the Atlantic this must be one of the best in the world. However there is always plenty of space even on holiday weekends.

This area is perhaps the favourite resort of the Spanish. No high rise. Developments have been vigorously controlled and is very tasteful. The restaurants are of quality, many serving authentic Spanish food, at very reasonable prices.

With all the other requirements for a successful holiday, Golf, Horse riding, Water Sports and more, this is the perfect place for a holiday of a lifetime.

Make sure you visit Sancti Petri it is a small abandoned fishing village, located just north of La Barrosa beach. It’s directly across from small island upon which sits the Castle of Sancti Petri. This is the haunt of artists drawn to the charm and mystery of this place. Just before the village, there is a fishing port and marina with many interesting boats, ventas and restaurants.

Accommodation

This new 4 bedroomed villa is just about as good as it gets. Enter via the electronic gates brings you to a large garden surrounded by mature Andalucian pines. To the right you will see a beautiful mosaic tiled swimming pool. Look to the left and you will see a magnificent stone barbecue. To the back is a pleasant lawn area.

You enter the villa via a large shaded porch with table and chairs for eating outside. On entry you will notice that the floor tilling is of exceptional quality on the left is an entry phone with camera. To the right is the spacious lounge with comfortable sofas. Sky television is installed to keep you in touch with home. There is a dining area with table and six chairs. Also on this floor you will find a modern kitchen with marble work tops. There is all you need to make a gourmet meal, with top quality appliances oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine plus the usual utensils. The kitchen has another door opening on to the back garden. Included on this floor is a large double bedroom with twin bed and fitted wardrobe. Off the hall way is the first of three bathrooms.

A stunning marble staircase leads from the hall to the first floor. From the landing is a very large terrace giving a nice place to relax and take in the surrounding area. On this floor there are three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has its own luxury fitted bathroom.

Air conditioning through out copes with the hottest day and of course you can cool of in the pool. This villa is of the highest quality in the best of areas and staying here would not fail to satisfy.
