This beautiful house on San Andres Golf has been recently modernized while retaining the rustic charm of an old house. It features four bedrooms in the main house and an additional double bedroom with a bathroom located by the swimming pool.
The house is perfect for a family holiday, with the annexe serving as an ideal option for grandparents or another couple. The master bedroom is enormous and has another bedroom leading from it with two single beds, making it perfect for parents with young children. There are two other double bedrooms in the house, one with an en-suite bathroom. One double bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. A family bathroom serves the bedroom area.
The open-plan kitchen, living room, and dining area are spacious and lead out to the conservatory, which in turn, opens to the large garden and swimming pool. There is an amazing barbecue area and various seating areas located around the garden.
