Terms and conditions for self-management.
The primary aim of this service is to give property owners an easy to manage and inexpensive way of renting out their holiday homes.
On setting up your rental subscription of 1,99€ per month with PayPal you will be given a link and password to your own administration dashboard. Your admin will allow you to load prices, pictures, descriptions maps and much more. You can set up automated replies and the booking calendar will also update automatically.
The admin area is easy to use once you get used to it, however, we do understand that you might require help, this will be done via email free of charge. If you think its too difficult for you to set up, I am happy to do so for a fee of €100.
All the payments you take for your property via the website should be done via PayPal or your own bank account.
We do check to make sure you are who you say you are as we want to make the renting experience as secure as possible for your clients.
We can not accept properties on this plan for the town and environs of Chiclana de la Frontera as we already run a very successful full management service there since 2004.
We reserve the right to delete your property or refuse your application. This is done to protect the renters and integrity of the web site that has been running since 2007.
